Creative journalling, therapeutic writing practices, and mindful movement are truly magic in changing your mindset. Move from a fixed mindset to a growth mindset and reimagine your world.

Journaling

Use the power of the mind/body connection to connect your thoughts and words with your heart and soul through writing. We can transform our thoughts and create new insights by playing with words and pictures on the page. Come explore various journaling and mindful/therapeutic writing techniques and create a daily practice that will support you for years to come.

 

Breathwork

Slow down, breathe, and come back to the present moment. You can meditate and engage in mindfulness practices anywhere, anytime. Sit, lie down or walk as you meditate. A few seconds or a few hours - it doesn’t matter how long you’ve got. Reconnect with yourself every moment of every single day.

Mindful Movement

Everyone can do yoga - all bodies, all shapes, all ages. Incorporate mindful, slow flow practices as well as chair yoga and restorative yoga sequences into your daily physical activity. Connect mind and body by learning interoceptive practices that combine movement and breath to improve symptoms of chronic pain, maintain optimum cognitive functioning, build resilience to life challenges, and reduce stress.
