Then, through creative journaling, playful mindfulness, and a touch of everyday enchantment, you’ll begin to remember who you truly are. As your inner light rekindles, life begins to shimmer again—with more clarity, joy, and a deep, rooted sense of well-being that feels a little bit like coming home to your own magic.
Journaling
Use the power of the mind/body connection to connect your thoughts and words with your heart and soul through writing. We can transform our thoughts and create new insights by playing with words and pictures on the page. Come explore various journaling and mindful/therapeutic writing techniques and create a daily practice that will support you for years to come.
Mindfulness
Slow down, breathe, and come back to the present moment. Mindful meditation and visualization practices can be done anywhere, anytime. Sit, lie down or walk as you meditate. A few seconds or a few hours - it doesn’t matter how long you’ve got. Reconnect with yourself every moment of every single day.
Mind/body
How you feel really matters as it determines everything you do (or don’t do!). Connect mind and body by learning the connection between your thoughts, feelings and behaviours. Through mind/body intuition and movement practices you’ll improve symptoms of chronic pain, maintain optimum cognitive functioning, build resilience to life challenges, and reduce stress.
