Why do I do what I do??? Here’s a little background.
I’m a Certified Wayfinder Master Life Coach, yoga teacher, nature lover, and passionate life-long learner. I’m fascinated by psychology and the mind/body connection and am always curious about the world around me.
Over the last several years I’ve developed daily yoga, meditation and journalling practices that have been life-changing and I’m passionate about sharing those practices.

One thing is certain - life is challenging and can change without warning. For many of us, these challenges and life changes can make us feel anxious, sad, lonely and lost.
Research suggests that building emotional and physical resilience is key to surviving (and thriving!) these life challenges and I’m here to share with you the practices I’ve learned over the past several years that have given me the tools to manage my own emotional and physical wellbeing.

I love animals and live with a spoiled dog named Finnegan.
Hiking is my favourite weekend pastime.
I’ve belonged to a book club for over 20 years.
Yoga, journaling, walking, and reading are daily habits that bring me joy.
I’m a Certified Wayfinder Master Life Coach, 200-CYT yoga teacher, a retired registered psychotherapist, and I work in school psychology.
I’m addicted to learning and am always enrolled in a course.
