Why do I do this work? Glad you asked.

I’m a Certified Wayfinder Master Life Coach, retired Registered Psychotherapist, yoga teacher, nature lover, and endlessly curious human. I’m fascinated by the mind-body connection and believe wholeheartedly in the power of small, soulful practices to create big, beautiful shifts.

Over the past several years, I’ve cultivated daily rituals—movement, meditation, journaling—that have been absolutely life-changing. These simple tools helped me feel more grounded, resilient, and me. And now, I’m passionate about sharing them with you.
